ARTICLE 10: DAY 6 WORK IMMERSION


During the sixth day of our immersion, I felt more comfortable and confident in doing my work. Having already adjusted to the workplace environment, I was able to perform my tasks with less hesitation and greater focus. The familiarity I developed over the previous days helped me work more efficiently and with a positive attitude.

I also noticed a significant improvement in my communication with others. I became more confident in speaking with my colleagues, asking questions, and offering help when needed. Clear communication allowed tasks to be completed more smoothly and reduced misunderstandings. 

Through constant interaction, I learned the importance of listening carefully and expressing ideas respectfully in a professional setting.
By assisting others and observing how tasks were done, I gained new knowledge and skills.

 Watching experienced individuals perform their duties helped me understand proper work procedures and effective techniques. Assisting in small tasks allowed me to apply what I observed and learn through hands-on experience. This made the learning process more meaningful and practical.

This day taught me the value of cooperation and accountability in the workplace. I realized that working together as a team leads to better results, while being accountable ensures that tasks are completed responsibly and on time. 

Overall, the sixth day of immersion was an important step in my personal and professional growth. It helped me become more confident, responsible, and aware of the importance of teamwork and cooperation in any working environment.

At 7:30 in the morning, we gathered as instructed by Ma’am Loy at the gym, where we assembled for our outreach activity. After some time, Ma’am Loy told us to prepare because we would be leaving. Once everyone was ready, we headed to the destination. When we arrived, the children and their mothers were already there. They were asked to sit down so the program could begin. The program officially started with an opening prayer. After the prayer, the activities began right away.
