OUTREACH PROGRAM
At 7:30 in the morning, we gathered as instructed by Ma’am Loy at the gym, where we assembled for our outreach activity. After some time, Ma’am Loy told us to prepare because we would be leaving. Once everyone was ready, we headed to the destination. When we arrived, the children and their mothers were already there. They were asked to sit down so the program could begin.
The program officially started with an opening prayer. After the prayer, the activities began right away. The organizers initiated fun games for the children, which helped create a lively and joyful atmosphere. The children actively participated and seemed very happy and excited during the games.
After the games, we distributed clothes to the children. This was followed by a short talk given by Sir Roger H. Prades, who explained the purpose and importance of the outreach program. He emphasized the value of helping others and sharing blessings, especially with those in need. His message highlighted unity, compassion, and service to the community.
Next, we began distributing food and slippers to the children. We helped in handing out the items to ensure that each child received their share. The children were grateful and happy with the food and slippers they received, and their smiles reflected the success of the activity. The parents also expressed appreciation for the support and kindness shown to their families.
After all the activities and distributions were completed, the outreach program officially came to an end. We cleaned up and prepared to leave the area. Finally, we went home feeling fulfilled and satisfied, knowing that we were able to help and bring joy to the children and their families. The outreach program was a meaningful experience that showed the importance of teamwork, generosity, and community service.
